Prior to the review
-
1-2 days of internal processing time are required to generate the WAR Report. The review report gives a picture of the workload's alignment with the well-architected framework. On the basis of audit results, a 2-hour report walkthrough giving recommendations/remediation plan for upgrading the cloud architecture for the selected workload. Create a prioritised roadmap based on the five major pillars of the Azure Well-Architected architecture and agree on the next stages with customers.
-
On the Day of Review
-
3 to 6 hours of an on-site or remote Well-Architected Review (WAR) workshop that is interactive. Using Azure Well-Architected Tool, our Azure specialists undertake in-depth analyses of selected workloads and verify compliance with the five pillars of Azure WAR. On the basis of the evaluation and audit, we identify some possible improvement areas and quick cost-cutting solutions.
